I would absolutely and unequivocally recommend Braden. He was flexible and patient while we were designing, delivered on time, and was super helpful in getting set up. The build quality is great and we have no complaints there; we've had normal wear and tear kind of stuff but all pretty minor and our van is in great shape after two years. And it looks great - they do beautiful work. 

But most impressive to me has been how incredibly supportive he's been since purchase. We had an issue with one of the light fixtures (it was touch-activated and ended up being too sensitive for a moving vehicle), and not only did he research, buy and ship a replacement fixture to us at his expense, he then sat there on the phone and talked me through replacing it. He's been similarly helpful with all sorts of mundane questions as we got up to speed as first-time van buyers, even well after what was agreed as a warranty period.

I don't know if you've been through this before or if you're first timers like we were, but we were definitely cautious given the price tag. It's a big investment! But we've been extremely happy with what he delivered and would absolutely do it again.
