After spending nearly two years researching camper van builders and comparing options, we chose Traveler Vans to build our 2026 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and we couldn't be happier with that decision.
Braden was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. My wife is an interior designer with some very specific ideas for nontraditional surface finishes and storage solutions, and Braden took the time to understand our vision, assess what we wanted, and ultimately exceed every expectation we had. He was exceptionally communicative, sending weekly photo updates and always willing to jump on a FaceTime call when something needed a closer look. He was attentive to our suggestions and consistently creative in finding solutions.
The craftsmanship of the finished van is undeniable. The attention to detail really stands out; from the hidden seams to the absence of visible screw heads, the team absolutely nailed the little things that make a custom build feel truly exceptional. The quality of the workmanship speaks for itself.
The pricing was also very reasonable compared to the other builders we researched, especially considering the level of customization, communication, and personal attention we received.
When it came time to pick up our van, Braden, Cody, and Jeff took their time walking us through all of the systems and making sure we understood how everything worked. They were patient, thorough, and never made us feel rushed. Even after taking the van home, Braden has remained readily available to answer questions, help us understand the systems, and offer practical advice on what we do and don't need, where to find it, and how to maintain everything. He's also gone out of his way to ship us items that hadn't arrived by pickup, at his own expense. Those extra touches haven't gone unnoticed.
We left feeling comfortable, confident, and excited to hit the road in our new van. The entire experience has been wonderful, and we genuinely appreciate the care, craftsmanship, and effort the team put into bringing our vision to life.
We would absolutely recommend Traveler Vans to anyone looking for a thoughtfully designed, beautifully crafted custom camper van.

Given our experience working with Braden over the past several months, we wouldn’t hesitate to send others his way. From start to finish and beyond, Braden has been professional, responsive, articulate and patient. He helped us source a new Sprinter van, worked tirelessly with my very particular husband through the build-out decision process, set appropriate expectations and delivered what he promised. He’s got a great work ethic, excellent attention to detail and knows his stuff. We appreciate all his hard work and are enjoying all the benefits of it on the road in our new van.

Working with Braden was a fantastic experience from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive, welcomed our ideas, and gave us the freedom to customize every detail of the van. Throughout the build, he kept us closely involved with frequent videos, texts, and calls, so we always knew how things were progressing. The finished product features custom paint and woodwork, thoughtful placement of the lighting, plumbing, and toilet, and exceptional craftsmanship throughout. Everything feels solid, durable, and high quality. He even picked me up at the airport! We are so grateful (and frankly surprised in today’s world) for the care and expertise Braden put into this relationship, this experience, and our dream van.

I would absolutely and unequivocally recommend Braden. He was flexible and patient while we were designing, delivered on time, and was super helpful in getting set up. The build quality is great and we have no complaints there; we've had normal wear and tear kind of stuff but all pretty minor and our van is in great shape after two years. And it looks great - they do beautiful work.
But most impressive to me has been how incredibly supportive he's been since purchase. We had an issue with one of the light fixtures (it was touch-activated and ended up being too sensitive for a moving vehicle), and not only did he research, buy and ship a replacement fixture to us at his expense, he then sat there on the phone and talked me through replacing it. He's been similarly helpful with all sorts of mundane questions as we got up to speed as first-time van buyers, even well after what was agreed as a warranty period.
I don't know if you've been through this before or if you're first timers like we were, but we were definitely cautious given the price tag. It's a big investment! But we've been extremely happy with what he delivered and would absolutely do it again.

My girlfriend and I purchased a van from Braden and have LOVED it. Plus working with Braden and his partner has been a great experience. They are two stand up gentlemen that I would vouch for any day of the week. The quality of the build is superb. The price was completely reasonable compared to these other people who build their own and are too attached to sell for a normal price. I'd give Traveler Van's a 10/10! Highly recommend”
